How to Remove Cavalry Portfolio and Clean Up Your Credit

Cavalry Portfolio Services LLC ( often mistakenly spelled Calvary Portfolio Services) is a collection agency focusing on the collection of delinquent consumer debt. They often collect or purchase credit card debt including debt from the MBNA credit card company. If Cavalry Portfolio has contacted you if may have been via an aggressive collection tactic such as annoying phone calls from bill collectors, collection letters, and/or legal proceedings.

Perhaps Cavalry Portfolio placed negative marks on your credit report such as a Charge Offs or Collection mark. Derogatory information like a Cavalry collection agency account may prevent you from getting a mortgage, car loan, or credit card since it makes you look like you do not honor your financial obligations.

Fortunately there are ways to use the credit reporting laws against Cavalry Portfolio and delete inaccurate, out of date, or unverifiable items from your credit record. There are ways to repair your credit by using self-help methods. However, the quickest way to get your credit back on track may be to contact a law firm which specializes in credit report repair. This is exactly what I did and I got amazing results.

How I Fixed my Credit by Deleting Cavalry Collections

I started fixing my credit by trying to negotiate with Cavalry, but they were very stubborn. They absolutely refused to remove the inaccurate derogatory information from my credit history. To make things worse, I had some other bad credit items including a judgment and some charge offs. The whole situation had me feeling rather desperate.

I did not want to have credit problems forever so I contacted Lexington Law Firm and they immediately began repairing my credit. The first got rid of Cavalry Portfolio and then moved onto the remaining negative credit.

I enjoyed getting calls from my Lexington Law case manager telling me how much my credit was improving. Lexington Law really fixed my entire credit history which was obvious since my credit score improved from 588 to 729. Every few weeks I got a letter in the mail showing that a bad item was erased!
